Actually watch the video, and you'll understand why we just can't control the weather at all. It's impossible.

@Bel6EQUJ5 people that say things are impossible, never believed people would be able to fly (airplanes) live under water (submarines) have weapons where a single item can destroy entire cities (nuclear warheads) its entirely stupid to believe some random YouTuber that thinks they get to be the spokesperson for why or why not something is or isn’t possible. From electricity to phones being able to talk to someone all the way across the world to s person in real time to video technology being able to show their image on screen many things were conceived as “impossible” throughout the ages.

And they have legal documents signed that they will not use such weapons of weather devices against one another as peace accords. So why would they need that in there if the technology was “impossible” to acquire or better yet, not acquired already? The loophole in those accords is they never promised not to use them against their own nations, only rival nations.
