I think people on the opposite side of the political spectrum from me tend to be more likely to accept this: the official narrative of what happened on 9/11 doesn’t fit the facts and evidence.

@Theyitis I've noticed that as well. Like, I'm not the type to buy into the whole "It was a missile disguised as a plane" nonsense, but I'm mostly convinced the attack was of the false flag variety.

@LordShadowfire Strange thing: when Judicial Watch first released the video from the gas station across the street of the plane hitting the Pentagon, of course it was piss poor quality, but when I paused the video the frame before the explosion there was something on the edge of the screen. At the time it looked to me like something long and thin that couldn’t have possibly been the nose of a plane, so eventually I decided it looked like a missile. I found sources outside the mainstream that confirmed that the shape of the explosion was consistent with a missile; however, within the last year or so I looked up the same video from Judicial Watch and watched it again, and this time it looked like the nose of a plane! So I don’t know what I think about that.

But the difference between my denial of the official narrative of 9/11 and the popular Anti-Vaxx and Qanon conspiracies popular on the right today is that mine is based on a closer look at the facts and the evidence, whereas theirs is based on idle speculation.

@Theyitis I suppose that makes more sense than the official story that a plane managed to break off both wings hitting the Pentagon, but not the WTC.

I'll tell you why the video looked different. Deepfake technology, like most technologies that reach the hands of civilians, was around for 20 years or more before we got our hands on it.

@LordShadowfire If you look at any pictures of the planes that hit the Twin Towers before they crashed you’ll notice something very odd: those planes don’t have any windows! All commercial airliners have windows. I’m only aware of two types of planes that don’t have windows: military and remote control. The former doesn’t make sense to me, so I’m betting on the latter.

@Theyitis I never noticed that. I'll have to look.
