No, actually conspiracy theorists should be welcomed to society because their inquisitive spirit is the actual driving force in science. (and are basically potential scientists).
However, most of the theorists out there aren't actually educated in the field or related (ex. physics etc) and usually outrageous ideas are pushed forward that if accepted blindly by common folk,(which is done regularly due to algorithms) can be catastrophic.
Ex. "The holocaust didn't happen conspiracy theory".
