The summer of my first year at university I went home to Greece and I helped out on some restoration work in Attica, on the Acropolis in Athens. Whether I would actually work on a dig, well maybe if it's in Macedonia!
Oh wow, restoration work at the Acropolis? Very cool! The best I got to do in the Archaeology class I took was sorting pottery shards that had already been catalogued and identified.
