Putin Floats a Summit With Trump and Xi to Discuss Ukraine Deal

Xi is a Maoist, and ideologue who made his priorities clear: bring the runaway republic of Taiwan back under the fold. During his summit with Trump a few weeks ago, Xi urged Trump to "adhere to the correct position of opposing Taiwan's independence."

The Wall Street reported over the weekend that China's growth has taken a hit, down to 4.6%. Western powers can only have wet dreams of this number. There are alternatives to war, and as far as Xi is concerned, Russian territory is no substitute for Taiwan.

@Northwest but rest of China counts money , Wall Street is behind 30 years with China. Chinas 400 million workers are dependent of export , China imports food to survive . Generally Americans view on China is outdated with 40 years , that's why has upper hand.

You mean dependent on export? Yes, and? If you're saying that the Chinese domestic retail market is non-existent, that's not really true.

The poision defense pill has always been Taiwan's strategy, but these chips do not exist without US technology licensing, through a single Dutch technology company. This can change with the right agreement between Trump and Xi. Pax Trumpist means giving up and enjoying the grift.

Xi made the re-unification of China the central theme of his internal conferences since taking office. He does not roll with the latest trends, like Trump.

It is educated guesswork, but I agree they can't be absolutely certain until actually excavating the rock.

Trump is wanting to isolate the USA from both the UN and NATO. Look at the sanctions on the ICC as well as the tariffs. The threat of leaving NATO. Congress had to make a law against leaving NATO though.

Trump thinks the USA is THE number one power. When he is the reason why it's not.

Trump unfortunately thinks of China and Russia as lesser peers. Nothing more. The rest of the world are peons. Like Ukraine. No nuclear weapons. Yet North Korea and Pakistan do.

He has this absurd notion that he's an alpha male. When he doesn't even know what one is. Look at his so called sporting events background. In particularly the WWE. He's obsessed with it though. The 4th of July MMF event, in front of the Whitehouse no less. Or the praise of military parades.

Heck I sort of believe that Hegseths idea of testosterone use in the military was Trump's idea really.
