@Kwek00 Show us where State law superceedes Federal law in The Constitution.

This has nothing to do with it... both entities just have diffrent things to do. If a work is assigned to the federal governement, a states governement isn't obliged to put men and resources to work to aid the federal governement.

But since you are argueing in the positive... maybe you should show us the article or law, where the states is required to do the work of the federal governement.
