Permission To Produce Patriot Missile Interceptors Withdrawn?

Last month, Zelensky was invited to attend the NATO summit in Turkey. Trump announced that the US will transfer, directly or through Germany, to Ukraine, the technology needed to produce Patriot missile system interceptors.

Lindsay Graham attended that meeting and following Zelensky to Ukraine for moire meetings.

It appeared as if JD Vance was no longer concerned about Zelensky's wardrobe and warmly greeted him.

Then Graham, who seems to have been the primary driver of the Trump warming up to Zelensky, joined the latter in Ukraine. We all know what happened to Graham a few hours after landing in DC. According to Trump his body exploded from the inside.

Yesterday, Trump said that he's thinking about backing off, claiming that this is a delicate situation and he can't take the chance on Ukraine having the technology because they may use it to attack the US.

In different news, Russia pummeled Ukraine with ballistic missiles. Only one missile out of 27 was intercepted and Ukraine is calling for help.

@jshm2 They did not have enough missiles to defend against last night's barrage and that's the issue.

So it's not a 3% intercept rate and Boeing is a subcontractor. Germany and Japan have licenses to produce the systems and they have been doing it. An option was to allow Germany to make interceptors for Ukraine, but the US needs to OK It.

The interceptors are effective, but not with all types of missiles, and part of the problem, is that after a missile is intercepted, its debris and payload can still fall on the intended territory and cause massive damage.

The best defense, as learned from thousands of years of defending humanity against wasp nests: don't step on them.

@jshm2 I think Ukraine can make them 50 % cheaper

Sounds like a plot to a mystery movie lol

It could become a conspiracy theory.

Did the administration kill off Graham to deny Ukraine lol
