The first part is predictable, because he's a baby who throws tantrums when he doesn't get what he wants.

The second part is his usual confusion. The correct description is "protects against security risks" Mr. President.

No big deal though, OpenAI, and Amazon will step in. Who needs safeguards when you can point a drone in the general direction, and ask it to kill anything moving.
