When is it acceptable for US troops, ICE and other "law enforcement" to use force on people to maintain compliance with their commands

Force or deadly force? There is a difference. I am not in the US at the moment but what has happened to the city on the hill that everyone once looked up to? Serious question. Trump ran on one platform but has completely reversed course. Bongino went from trying to root our the bad apples in the FBI to being one. Kristy Noem went from being a wonderful governor of S Dakota that didn't buy the nonsense pushed by Fauci to someone who is excusing murder because the victim might have had a different political stripe. Have Trump, Bongino and Noem been captured? Who is behind it Steven Miller? The questions need answers.
@hippyjoe1955 when the government began the mass deportations under Obama and continued into the family separation things under Trump and Biden, when they continued to flood Mexico with guns, when they continued to make the border chaotic, with men on horses shooting at migrants it was too subtle? Not for me. That's why I am the enemy within, as hegseth says. I know what I'm remembering. Carry on. The results are good enough for everyone but me. Together you have countries!: you can sanction me to death and win that argument and re elect the Dems and labour and macron and starmer.

@Roundandroundwego I believe the point I am trying to make is that the governments around the world no longer work for the people. They are all controlled and work against the people they are supposedly elected by. What is the point of having democratic elections when the people who are elected are simply puppets of the real power brokers in the world?
@hippyjoe1955 there are governments that get way better reviews from their people than the Western ones, even some that enact the popular will. Obviously that's pie in the sky for owned and hopeless oppressed people who are profitable because of their own degradation. Nothing those owned people can do. The brutal billion, I call them. Nothing nothing. It's only going to get worse for that section of humanity. We'll be voting and you'll be raging.
