AuRevoir Okay, I think I've finally figured out how to phrase my argument in a way that someone of your intellectual and social level can understand. Let's see if this helps you with the core problem that you're ignoring.
Imagine for a moment that your ancient, decrepit, sеnіӏе ԝһоrе of a mother has finally been caught in the act practicing the profession that led to your conception in a dingy alley. When the police were called, rather than making an arrest and taking her downtown to stink up a holding cell and possibly infect others with a heretofore unknown airborne variant of syphilis, they were so repulsed by the hideous amalgamation of social diseases she calls a face that they shot her point blank with a shotgun, thus saving us all the trauma of an open casket funeral.
While it can be argued that doing this to the diseased eldritch creature that spawned you could be considered a public service, it's a fact that even she has the right to due process under the Fifth Amendment of the US Constitution.
And if you don't like the fact that anybody accused of violating US law is entitled to due process, you and your festering sore of a matriarch can move to one of the poorer slums in Russia, where she'll finally be the prettiest girl in town.
