her reply SHOULD have been:

"If America comes across any BioLabs anywhere in the World, we'll bomb them out of existence"

her ACTUAL reply:

"We're currently working with the Ukrainian Gov. to keep BioLab research out of the hands of Putin"

Besides that, Ukraine is seen as the most corrupt State on the Planet, so even more corrupt than some African States, so that is pretty damning
