kinda skimming threw your post .. and a thought came to me
cars you can trace ownership from it being made . and each and every person that owned it till its scraped
guns.. once they are bought .. unless they go to a pawnshop or gun shop most are not traced from owner to owner...and you dont need a license to use one or have one in most states

@samueltyler2 On the face of it everything you say is perfectly true. Of course the devil is in the detail.We could start with the amount America makes out of every nation it offers aid to, or where that aid goes. Does aid to the Ukraine count if it can be used to oppose Russia? Or go to some third world dictator in exchange for a vote in the UN or an oil deal? Look at poor Puerto Rico who have nothing to offer.. How much aid did they get? US aid comes with strings..😷

@whowasthatmaskedman i didn't say our aid is always perfect, but done had been life saving, such as USAID, etc. i hope your including Puerto Rico was made as a "joke." It is not foreign, it is part of the US!

@samueltyler2 It was. And a poor joke I admit. So many places in America already receive charitable aid originally intented for Third World nations. Like the fly in fly out mobile medical and dentral clinics in Virginia and kentucky and even Kiva.org, which specialises in microfinance loans to support people trying to get a start in poor countries now has a substantial United States list of needy clients..😷
