Everyone knows that the US military is destructive - can it protect Americans at all?

@GerOttman so no, you refuse to answer. That's what I thought. Zero nada, nothing and no, they don't actually protect you and cannot. And y'all say nothing! So you want to be at risk and dangerous. Okay.

@Roundandroundwego you're asking a question that can not be answered except under the very circumstance you describe. I served in SAC it was a nuclear mission which I'm very happy never to have executed... We were ready and capable to send nukes over the pole to protect the country.

Our military has demonstrated early ineptitude in many conflicts and overcome. The only way to answer your question is for it to happen. I'm saying it isn't now and we are well equipped to deal if it does.
