It's called clickbait. Words like "suggest" are a weaselly way of insinuating something that's not mentioned at all in the article. It's a poor attempt at a hatchet job

Reading the article in question didn't say anything condoning car burning, but merely that burning EVs provide a public health risk for the people that live, work, or pass through those areas. Or that happen to be protesting nearby
