Overwhelmed by the News?

I can’t seem to watch the news anymore without going into a spiral. My students ask me all these questions and I’m finding it more and more difficult to answer their questions in an unbiased manor.

How do you deal with being completely overwhelmed by the news?

You are a teacher and you don't know how to spell "unbiased manner?" THAT is the sort of thing that overwhelms ME. Sorry. I am in an absolutely beastly mood today, and shouldn't take it out on others.
