Water in Pasadena now contaminated. Undrinkable, and people are not allowed to take showers.

@graphite I just listened to Kathryn Barger, chair of the LA County board, who was really into telling everyone how "prepared" they are.

@graphite The blame dodging going on there is almost unbelievable. The Fire chief came on and stated that her budget had been cut to the point where they could not fight these fires.

@4meAndyou They gave the fire budget $$ to the homeless. Now there are many more homeless who've just had their homes burn to the ground.

@graphite And it was the original homeless, camping up in the Pasadena hills, who caused the fires.

@graphite More than 40 of them have now been arrested.

@4meAndyou There's somebody on another SW thread blaming the fiasco on PGE, which has Republican investors. 🤣 No evidence whatsoever that this is PGE's fault but Democrats NEVER take responsibility for the catastrophes they cause.
