Bragg, James, and the judges should be disbarred at the least. They are in violation of their oath of office. They are not upholding the constitution.

Dream on!!
Let's start with the first major witness against Trump. David Pecker's company, American Media Inc, made a deal in 2018 to avoid federal prosecution, acknowledging that it had illegally tried to influence the election in favor of Trump by the manner in which it tried to protect Trump from news about his affair with a former Playboy nude model.
Who's the other major witness? Cohen. Yeah, Cohen lied under oath and went to jail. Key point here, Cohen lied to protect Trump. Cohen was convicted in part for unlawfully violating campaign finance laws to interfere in the election, and went to prison for that crime.
In other words, @jackjjackson, Trump's co-conspirators are already known to be guilty for the some of the felonies Trump is accused of. Can Trump separate himself from his already guilty co-conspirators! Smart money says NO!!!

@jackjjackson You can't even count, LOL!!!
More spoon-feeding, ROTFL!!!
In his filing, Bragg sets out four potential object offenses: violations of federal campaign finance law under the Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA); violations of New York Election Law § 17-152; violations of federal, local, and state tax law; and additional falsifications of business records outside the Trump Organization. Merchan allowed Bragg to move forward with the first three theories but tossed out the last one.
Wow, only sunstroke needs more spoon feeding than you, ROTFL!!!

@jackjjackson If you were to read the following carefully, it would clear up all your misconceptions.
If you’re looking for the clearest statement of Bragg’s legal theory, you can find it in a November 2023 court filing opposing Trump’s motion to dismiss the case, along with Merchan’s ruling on that motion. Notably, in that ruling, Merchan clarified that § 175.10 “does not require that the ‘other crime’ actually be committed”—“all that is required is that defendant … acted with a conscious aim and objective to commit another crime.”

. . .
The potential tax fraud arises from the particular method by which the Trump Organization reimbursed Cohen for his payments to Daniels. Bragg alleges that “defendant reimbursed Cohen twice the amount he was owed for the payoff so Cohen could characterize the payments as income on his tax returns and still be left whole after paying approximately 50% in income taxes.” Here, Bragg points to federal, state, and local prohibitions on providing knowingly incorrect tax information. They should have to repay his legal expenses for harassment with these never-ending false charges.

These judges are radicalized. Just look at the verdict and bond the last hack imposed. It will certainly be overturned on appeal, but they don’t care. It’s all about election interference. The left sees it as a viable strategy to stay in power.

The defense must agree with you because they aren’t putting on a case, since they don’t have one. Be hilarious if this is what sends Cheeto Benito to the slammer.
