Nothing wrong with ambition and drive- but I bet she is many times happier than me.

@BritishFailedAesthetic if that ambition and drive means you spend many hours too tired for personal simulation then is it worth the effort?
@Guitarman123 Yep, so I can atleast provide any future children with a good life. Enjoy being single or just having a gf, you'll be happier.

@BritishFailedAesthetic thats a hypothetical situation you're speaking about. Its far more important to live in the here and now
@Guitarman123 Yes, it would still be nice to pay off my credit card bills, have more to save, take my wife out to somewhere nicer than 'spoons and give more to church and to charities supporting persecuted Christians.
