US fears Haiti could fall, and is expediting multinational force led by Kenya.

Why is it our business if Haiti falls? Multinational force led by Kenya? This has the smell of a CIA operation. When are we Americans going to stop this crap before Congress revs up our debt clock and shells out another $50 billion for arms support and humanitarian aid for Haiti?

It's strategically important to US security for quite a few reasons, it's easy to research why that is. The USA always benefits from any "peacekeeping" operation. Not everything is a CIA conspiracy.

@Richard65 The USA benefits? Is it the USA that we Americans are bankrolling but not part of? I am sure you are right about the benefits even though they are a mystery. It's like dad not telling what he does for a living and we in the family don't ask too may questions.
