At this point, Biden should not be allowed to speak. Nothing that helps his image is going to come out of his mouth. But then, I guess it doesn't take much to impress dead people, illegals that don't even speak English, and brainwashed imbeciles.

@AbbeyRhode Mr. Foot-In-Mouth-With-A-Packed-Diaper needs to be cared for in an institution at this point. Instead of ruining the nation. And I don’t just mean a nursing home, prisons are also a type of institution aren’t they?
