My opinion is that I'm completely against capital punishment. It's barbaric and doesn't bring lives lost back.

Sure, there are monsters out there that deserve death, but should the state really have power over life and death? Also, what if later evidence prove the executed was innocent? You can't bring someone back from the dead.
