@BritishFailedAesthetic The difference is that this person is an elected official who is supposed to represent and support ALL her constituents, not just those "of color". Her exclusion of the White representatives smacks of coordination and conspiracy. Why do they need to have one meeting without the White representatives? What is the point? Why is that necessary? What is being discussed that the White representatives don't have access to? If they excluded Blacks, Asians, or Hispanics would you say the same?

Finally, if you believe a particular race has characteristics that make them inferior or superior to other races, that is "racist" by definition.

You can be racist to Whites. Only deluded morons say otherwise.

In the US you can't have a "private club" that excludes people on the basis of their race, gender, religion, national origin, etc. Again, I look at if the situation was such that some other demographic group was being excluded for whatever reason, would it be discriminatory and possibly racist? The answer is yes, and this applies to White people too.

So you are seeing the edges. You are seeing the hypocrisy and contradiction that occurs with the ridiculous notion of systemic White supremacy in the US and how when you really drill down into it, its obvious its nonsense.

The real discriminating factor is class, not race. Look to see how people like this are classist. I am certain these people of color on this invitation are pulling down 6 figure salaries and living in gated communities. They don't associate with the people that they exploit for their own gain. They exclude White people because it benefits they and their friends personally. It has nothing to do with caring about the people they say are most affected by this.

I suggest you reframe your mindset on this issue, and reconsider if you truly believe this.

They can never effectively defend it either, its just "you can't be racist against Whites" without saying why or how that is logically possible.
