Why is the Boston Mayor allowed to have a nonwhite only Christmas party paid for by white taxpayers?

They are all comfortable with the notion that its ok to be racist to White people. She's in a East Coast Democrat city in a Democrat state. She'll be fine, likely this will increase her profile and status.

But it is racist by definition.
