@HoraceGreenley Policies in the workplace are being put in place after corporate lawsuits where they or another corporation has lost one and it got challenged in higher courts and they still lost. This is the way to go these days as much as I hate lawsuits they’ve become necessary to stop the madness. Even the threat of a lawsuit sometimes helps with that.
