People who have been arrested and found to have fentanyl in their system have had a similar or the same dose, and not died. His autopsy shows that his body was breaking this drug down. It would not have had the time or ability to do this, had he overdosed. Also, he was very alert and not affected by it to the degree of being semi-conscious, barely responsive, or not responsive. Your average drunk person is less aware than Floyd was that day. His behavior was not suggestive of someone about to have a drug overdose.

Does his criminal history mean that police should kill him? Why do police have the right to kneel on our necks, let alone for extended periods of time?
