What happened to DeSantis?

He hates everyone from Women and the LGBTQ all the way down to Children. The Republican Base loves that, Us Vs Them. So why isn't his campaign going better?

Because the right-wing voter base has become a cult of personality. Say what you will about Trump, but he is entertaining. Sometimes he's even funny on purpose. Whereas guys like Ron DeSantis and Mike Pence are boring.
