Mississippi justice. I feel sick.

A group of monsters, calling themselves the "goon squad", wearing badges, decided that black men had no business visiting a white woman. So...they broke into a house, tortured these two men, shooting one in the mouth(doing a horrible thing(besides the shooting part). They tried to cover it up, even arresting one of the victims.
These men were police officers. Their superiors and contemporaries knew what this goon squad was doing.
But we have no racial problems here...

I've heard and read about this, and can surely understand you feeling sick about it. How could anyone not, I wonder, unless they are of the same depraved mindset as those now former police officers.

The details of what they did to those two men, is troubling and downright sickening.

@Piper i read an article this weekend. It stunned me.
But why did it take eight months for me to read about it?
Piper · 61-69, F
@Carla I'm not sure why, and I just heard about it in the last few days...too.

@LoneVoice Uh...I didn't witness it happening, but there is no good reason to doubt that it did it indeed happen. I would not presume to know what you have seen, or believe.

@LoneVoice This incident, this post and my or any other responses to it have nothing at all to do with YOU.

@LoneVoice The OP is not inclined to gross exaggeration or presenting speculation or possibilities as truth, in the guise of "colorful poetic license".

I would still, however, have taken the time to read about this sickening incident before commenting...if I had not already heard and read about it. Something I clearly stated having done, in the reply you responded to with an *eyeroll and making it somehow about "poor unfairly treated YOU" crap.

@LoneVoice Ah yes; of course. Yet you have opportunity to and consistently do voice your contempt for liberals and what you perceive as their double-standards, and ME personally, without doing so on this post. One that is about something sick and disturbing that happened...is apparently still happening in a state with a long and documented history of racism towards black people.
