Biden’s Dog Commander Sent Secret Service Officer to Hospital, Bit 6 Others After Replacing First Pooch Major

"Judicial Watch announced Tuesday it received 194 pages of records from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security documenting attacks by Biden’s German shepherd Commander on Secret Service agents.

The incidents occurred between October and January. The agents required medical care, including at a hospital, in several cases, raising questions about the president’s and Secret Service’s handling of the family pets.

Commander, a pure-bred German Shepherd, was acquired in December 2021, to replace another German shepherd Major. Major was reportedly “given to family friends” following a series of attacks on Secret Service and White House staff.

“Recently, Commander has been exhibiting extremely aggressive behavior,” a Secret Service lieutenant, whose name was redacted, wrote in an October 2022 email.

“Today; while posted, he came charging at me,” the lieutenant continued. “The First Lady couldn’t regain control of commander (sic) and he continued to circle me.”

“I believe it’s only a matter of time before an agent/officer is attacked or bit.” The unidentified lieutenant proved prescient when the first family’s dog chomped on a protective detail agent.

“Commander bite [sic] UD Officer [redacted] at post two times, one time in the upper right arm and a second bite on the officers thigh,” according to a November Secret Service email. “WH medical treated the officer and made the decision to have [name redacted] transported to [redacted] Hospital.” The attacked agent was reportedly placed on three days restricted duty by the treating physician at the hospital.

Two days later, the agent replied to a colleague’s email asking how recovery was going. “My leg and arm still hurts,” the agent responded. “He bit me twice and ran at me twice.”

The fellow Secret Service member was apparently horrified. “What a joke,” the colleague commiserated, “if it wasn’t their dog he would already have been put down – freaking clown needs a muzzle.”

The White House has faced criticism for a lack of transparency regarding these incidents. Critics are concerned about the potential for ongoing safety issues."

There ought to be some kind of action taken either by Biden or animal control.
The no brainer action is it should be treated as any other attack by an animal that committed these actions
