@Thinkerbell Vienna is probably the most regular winner of the award. Always top 5.. The services, cuisine, culture and infrastructure like public transport. Plus crime and sanitation all factor in. And they always seem to have great coffee..😷

@Thinkerbell I feel like there is a point in there someplace. But Yes. We are talking about "Livable" cities after all. And open latrines are not usually a feature..Good drinking water and regular electricity are also featured..😷

But of course there's a point, Kemo Sabe... they finished off Harry Lime in the Vienna sewer system, and crime in Vienna has remained low ever since. 😁
