All-Muslim City Council Bans LGBT ‘Pride’ Flag From City Property

"The city council of the only U.S. locale with an all-Muslim governing body and mayor voted unanimously Tuesday night to ban the display of LGBTQ Pride flags on all city properties.

The resolution was introduced by Mayor Pro Tem and Councilman Mohammed Hassan of Hamtramck, Michigan, a city of about 28,000 next to Detroit. The resolution states that “the government of the City of Hamtramck does not allow any religious, ethnic, racial, political, or sexual orientation group flags to be flown on the City’s public properties, and that only, the American flag, and the nations’ flags that represent the international character of our City shall be flown.”

And not a peep from the lame-stream media, makes one wonder why....

The intolerant vs. the intolerant. I will gladly contribute heavily to both sides when they clash!
People need to be mindful of what they ask for because it can readily come back to haunt them. Let the fucking games begin!!

@Emosaur Perhaps you’re missing the points: The 1.. under Joe Biden as per his words, he would unify us. Did not and still is not happening. If anything he is divisive. Will he enter the fray with the Muslim city council imposing their values on the gay community? Don’t count on it.
Point 2. You have ask what is the administration doing, considering it allegedly promotes DEI yet we have people at odds with each other and these two groups are “ protected classes” look it up.

@Emosaur If you were to in any way criticize or attack a Muslim group in this country, you are labeled a “Islamaphobe” . Do that to the LGBTQ community, you are a “ homophobe”.
Both are “‘protected” classes under U. S. Law.
Problem is you have two “protected “ classes, with a difference of views and there is a conflict.

@Emosaur In America right now, if you’re a politician you must tread lightly and not prioritize “ any “’protected” group over another because that is the “ third rail” of politics .
