I disagree with the assessment of Harry & Meghan "stirring up trouble"—the trouble already existed. But if the media hadn’t taken it and run with it, no one would be interested.

Best to avoid looking at the news. At least don't look at national or international news more than once a week or so. Most of it isn't anything that you can either do something about or profit from so why bother reading or watching it.

It can be depressing but I like and need to be informed about what is going on in the world, especially local news, I'm a parent of 3 teenagers and I need to know if there's a danger that may effect them, I also need to be able to talk with them about global news and events so that they aren't sheltered as to the way of the world.

A lot of news, I choose to drown out and don't pay full attention to. For example I am bored of the Harry and Meghan narrative and fed up with them being picked on by literally everyone in the media, they can't do right for doing wrong😣
