Woman left with 13 bullet holes after brother took her dancing at Colorado LGBTQ club

"Charlene Slaugh, 35, and her brother James Slaugh were preparing to leave Club Q on Saturday night when a gunman opened fire, killing five and wounding 25 others...Charlene was shot at least once in the abdomen and suffered a collapsed lung. She is recovering after undergoing surgery and faces a long recovery."

Two AR-15-style weapons were used in the attack.

Every gang banger, and violent criminal out there licks their chops everytime they read this crap about banning guns. 90% who murder using a firearm already have a felony history. But somehow you think they'll comply? Take away law abiding citizens rights to defend themselves and violent crime skyrockets.

The first ever gun ban in the US was in 1837 in Georgia. How'd that work out? We had gun bans in DC and Chicago. Gun violence increased.

Why TF are you so hell bent on making matters even worse?

@BizSuitStacy believe me, the folks the have em and intend on keeping them (both criminal and law abiding) have no intention of giving them up, regardless of whatever laws are passed. and there are plenty (most in fact) of sheriffs who have no intention of enforcing unconstitutional laws.

@MayorOfCrushtown Totally. I've studied this topic in detail for more than 20 years. Books, articles, independent research. I've poured through the FBI's crime database. Conducted my own analysis. The facts and data never favor extreme gun control measures. I've heard every single argument any gun grabber has. It's all based on 100% emotion. There is not a shred of critical thinking going on in their heads.
