Granted, it is somewhat disingenuous to not demand a recount, or to concede before a re-count, knowing that State law mandates a re-count when the vote is that close and the re-count will be the ultimate determinator. But consider the screams of fraud and donor solicitations to fund lawsuits and recounts that has become the norm in certain circles.
