Should Ukraine begin an initiative to strike military-grade targets inside of Russia to speed along Russia's (and Putin's) demise?

If they were able to target the middle launching systems that have created the most damage in the Ukraine then yes.
This would reduce Russias ability to strike back when Heir Putin becomes displeased.
