Weissleberg makes a deal for 5 months in jail for tax fraud on 1.7 million

So why will Alan tell the truth when a hearing on Trump Org comes up in October?

"Hey rock, would you mind moving over at least a little bit? No? How about you hard place, can you squeeze over just a tad?"

Will that be before or after hunters trial for making a $2,000,000 "mistake" on his taxes
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@Pitchblue LOL, you clowns have been trying to get President Trump for 7 years now....and nada
@sunsporter1649 And that has nothing to do with the Republican Party being so unbelievably corrupt, right?

@Pitchblue Slept with any chicom spies lately?
Who knows?

The guy's 75 years old and has worked for the Trump Family for 50 of them, placing his family on their payroll.

My guess is, he's focused on what's best for his family at this point and a few months potential jail time isn't going to make that much difference.
@Pitchblue He may have friends in Rikers.
@MistyCee He definitely would have had friends at Club Fed.
@Pitchblue Maybe, but it's a state crime and let's face it, NY probably doesnt want to trust him to the Feds who might be Trump appointees.

Plus, the guys old and Rikers is probably closer to home.

Only if he agreed to testify in return for a lighter sentence.

Because his deal is conditional on his testimony in the Trump Organisations civil case. If he doesnt deliver, he stays in jail and his plea bargain is cancelled.😷
@whowasthatmaskedman OH that lovely precedent!

@SomeMichGuy Can you seriously believe Trump himself didnt take advantage of some of the "tax free" perks, just like every other family member?? I cant...😷
@whowasthatmaskedman He doesn't read, doesn't listen, and can't be bothered with details. Who knows what's up in his head?
