Russia is using the power plant like a terrorist uses hostages, as security against attack but this also allows Russian troops to mount attacks from within the power plant.
@justanothername Point taken. Things sre just so insane these days. It's unbelievably depressing for me to think about.

@Pitchblue The war is not going to end any time soon. I don’t think it will expand outside of Ukraine because if Putin comes up against NATO forces he comes up agapanthus combine army of trained organiced troops who are able to operate far more effectively than Ukraine’s civilian army.
