Delaware Judge Approves Motion to Expedite Twitter’s Lawsuit Against Elon Musk

Today, Chancellor Kathaleen St. Jude McCormick, the chief judge of the Delaware Chancery Court, set a five-day October trial in the Twitter lawsuit case against Elon Musk.

Musk was arguing that February 2023, is the earliest he cab be ready for a trial, as he needs time to study ghost accounts data.

Musk claims that the reason he's backing out, is the amount of fake accounts. Let's see how he's going to spin this, given his well documented tweets, claiming the reason he wants to by Twitter, is to clean up fake accounts and spam.

Reason he's backing out is he realized the sheer logistics of running the entirety of Twitter was more than he wanted to deal with. I think we can all see that.

@LordShadowfire And that he's more than $100B lighter, since his stock peaked on November 21.

@LordShadowfire true, BUT, he’s… a mess, and although he is/was more viable than Trump, he needs to get help. No one offers to buy a business without KNOWING the stats that are relevant!!!!!!! Saving Twitter from what Twitter is?

@Mindful He built a cult around him, and he loves it. Tesla's stock is speculatively priced, not reality priced, but the same can be said about all the stocks that created the 2000 crash.

@Mindful I agree. It was stupid of him to open his mouth in the first place, and now he's paying the price.

@Northwest exactly true the same can be said about all the other stocks. But he is NOT helping himself by making himself in the long run look like an idiot. He’s an unreliable player.
