Did you hear about Sri Lanka today?

Massive protests led to the PM resigning yesterday and today the president and his crew fled the country. Protesters then broke into the presidential palace in the capital Colombo.

It has been in crisis for many years. The Sri Lankan terrorist group LTTE was responsible for suicide bombing the Indian PM Rajiv Gandhi…and now China has taken over its 3 major sea ports. This was bound to happen, as the citizens had had enough of the crappy politicians.

Yeah, heard that 25% of the nation was "food insecure" and they're claiming government corruption and suggesting someone in the government is skimming from the government into their own pockets.
