If Men can force Women to have babies

Should Men be forced to pay mandatory child care payments. Should there be mandatory DNA testing to see who the Father of the child is. If we want bsbies we need support for the babies, right?

I know here if they get any kind of government assistance they will open a case for child support from the non-custiodial parent. If they are taking care of their child anyway, I don't see a need to make them pay. DNA tests could be helpful in some situations. If the government wants to pay for that, go for it. I don't think they do.

I think government should stay out of most things unless there is a disagreement and then people can make their own decisions.
