The head of the Texas Department of Public Safety stated that enough armed police officers, wearing body armor stood by for an HOUR while the gunman slaughtered those children because of instructions by the on-site commander. I am curious to see if the on-site commander will be prosecuted.

@ProfessorPlum77 Don't get me wrong, I don't subscribe to any conspiracy theories, but some things are just wild. If it was the plot of a book or movie, it would be "too far-fetched" and never taken seriously.
