Corporations should Not be Allowed to Buy Residential Property

Corporations are buying up houses by the thousands. They then use them as rental properties or just a way to park cash. Either way they drive up residential housing prices.

Big issue especially with Investment houses using them as places to park cash.

@Longpatrol Needs to be outlawed and tightly regulated to avoid loopholes. The number of unlived properties being built as a security asset is deplorable.
