Do you wonder where people like Salvador Ramos in Texas got his extreme veiws?

Pator Johnathan Shelly of Steadfast Bible Church Texas addressed city council in Arlington Texas on the subject of June becoming Pride Month by saying all gay people should be executed. Some people in attendance agreed with Pastor Shelly.

Is it common for the Church to advocate for the death of large groups of people in Texas? Should anyone be able to incite people like this in any public meeting with no repercussions?

Surely if it actually is incitement to commit a crime then it is not speech protected by whatever amendment to your constitution protects free speech.

So, either they are careful enough with the wording, or the authorities are complicit in incitement to murder.

@ninalanyon It doesn't matter. Christians can get away with murder in this country.
