Man Who Was R@ped At 14 Forced To Pay Child Support.

@6:00 minutes in, Govt forces a man who at 14, lost his mother and then some female who was 20 took advantaged and slept with him. Eight years later (this happened in 2014,) he JUST found out that he had a kid and the Govt told him that he had to pay 15,000 in back child support payments for a kid he didn't know he had. So not only did the woman practice statutory rape and got off free, but the state helped a statutory rapist get free money.

So why isn't she in jail? He does not need to press charges. She raped him.

@Northwest She should have been but all the news said was that he didn't want to press charges because he wanted to be there for his kid and it was consensual even though the consent laws of Arizona is 15 not 14 like that guy was. And he needed to bring charges for it to happen was all the news said. That's the only two things I ever got.

But still, I shared it because even if it was consented or not consented, a child shouldn't consent to an adult because it's taking advantage of them and it's the idea that the Govt would side with a female rapist over child support that is concerning. If that can happen, it can happen to anyone. The idea that the Govt would even do that to someone knowing the female was a statutory rapist is disturbing.

I heard a story about a couple who got shot in their home. The man happened to survive but he was incoherent. The police treated him as a suspect and interrogated him for hours before they realized he had a hole in his head. That never would have happened if he were a woman.

@SinlessOnslaught Wow how do you not know that someone has a hole in the head. That's def. fvcked up and biased.
SinlessOnslaught · 26-30, M
@SatanBurger Right. It's also not the first story I've heard of some police not seeing a hole in someone's head.

@SatanBurger An individual cannot "not" press charges, when it comes to rape and murder. That article must be missing something.

Mary Kay Letourneau, spent 7 years in jail, for raping a minor, and getting pregnant twice, even though he was in love, and did not want to press charges.

@Northwest Well he never pressed charges and she got child support so I don't know. His name is Nick Olivas, if you look it up all it says is that he was ordered child support.

@SatanBurger Sometime, there's a story behind the story.

The "did not press charges" thing, is a bit misleading. It refers to him NOT calling the police, when the statutory rape took place. Turns out he was an active/willing participant, and did not think anything of it. But because he's under 15, and the girl is over 15, the state sees it as statutory rape (as it should).

It would have ended there, but she got pregnant and delivered a child.

She sued to recover child support fees, and he ignored all the legal summons he was served, so when he did not who up to court to challenge it, multiple times, the court ruled in her favor.

Various media sources are twisting the story to fit their narrative.

@Northwest I told you it was consensual below so don't know why you would think it's misleading, the video also mentioned that as well. On the other hand, rape is rape regardless, a kid can't consent if you're an adult because their minds are just entering puberty, literally.

Furthermore, the news also said he didn't know he had a child for 8 years, you also fail to mention that he found out he even had a kid when the state told him he owed 15,000 in back money. So maybe you have something different but I can't see where he just ignored all of it if he didn't know he had a kid.

Let's say he did know just to entertain this and just lied about child support, even if he was a willing participate, he was still a child so nope not his responsibility. The 20 year old clearly knew what she was doing when she decided to screw a kid and not only did she decide to screw a kid but at 20 years of age had no birth control to even prevent getting pregnant which tells me she did that shit on purpose.

She knew the courts would aid a rapist and ultimately that's what happened.

Sure hope her kid isn't male or otherwise she might fuck him too when he's 13.

fanuc2013 · 51-55, F
What state was that?
SatanBurger · 36-40, FVIP
@fanuc2013 Arizona, whose consent laws was 15 but he was 14 when it happened. I had to look it up right quick.
LordShadowfire · 46-50, M
Of course.😡
SatanBurger · 36-40, FVIP
@LordShadowfire Yeah I read up on the outcome and he didn't press charges because he said he wanted to be there for his kid but the idea that the state would force someone who was a victim by an adult to pay child support is kind of fvcked.
