@iamonfire696 yea nj has something like that a woman is dead because of that. Her ex husband/boyfriend got out of prison for domestic violence showed back up to her place and brutally raped and butchered her with a blunt axe… because of the massive infringement nj has I know people who are still waiting on purchase cards for over a year now. Some how their paperwork keeps getting “lost”…
@Ozuye502 I can attest to this. I used to live there. Now NJ has laws on the books that if you use a gun to defend yourself, even if on your own property using a gun you legally purchased, you go to jail. Doesn’t matter if the person assaulting you also had a gun. Bye bye.
@iamonfire696 we already have that and he got those guns legally. If a shooter knows he will be slaughtered by massive gunfire from inside the school if he tries to harm the kids they will think twice about trying it. That is a very pragmatic and common sense approach, which is why the libs want nothing to do with it.
@iamonfire696 for handguns I think it’s 2 weeks . With constitutional carry no permit is required but I got my license to carry so that I can buy without a waiting period . My FBI background check was extensive. The police call them “ good guy “ cards because we have been vetted .
