To amend the constitution, 2/3 of both houses of congress can amend the constitution or there can be a constitutional convention and 2/3 of states push an amendment forward then it takes 3/4 of the states to pass. Try to get the RNC and DNC on board with a convention though. Too many pesky things like term limits would come up.
@Roadsterrider whatever. Politics is not the concern of the American working poor. They're powerless. change is impossible. Americans chose this, and need to stop acting like that doesn't bring deaths. Move on, people. I've been grieving all my life, you can not have any more sympathy for the deaths.
