Every commercially sold gun in the US requires a federal form 4473 which includes an FBI background check.ma Chicago gangbanger cannot drive to Michigan or Wisconsin or Indiana and buy a gun.
I’ve said it elsewhere but this us a mental health issue not a hardware issue.
