Gun violence is destroying children in the US, and really what most gun folk are saying about it is, "so what? Who cares? We love our guns more than we do our children."
However, there are places in the world that still value the lives of children

The US has the right to [b][big][big]bare[/big][/big][/b] arms baked into our constitution by amendment to enable the citizenry to protect themselves from tyrannical government. After all, they had to expel a vicious colonial empire and that reality was quite fresh in their minds.

@carpediem Are you expecting Britain to invade the United States anytime soon?
JestAJester · 31-35, M
@newjaninev2 No but maybe one of the other super powers we've been at war with in the past. The fear is not from neighboring countries, the fear is from our own government. Banning guns will have roughly about the same affect as banning drugs did. Law abiding citizens will not have access to them but criminals, like they're going to let the law stop them from getting their fix

@carpediem bare arms would be nude appendages. The word you meant to use, but for whatever reason didn't (a lack of reading dictionaries?), is "bear" which in addition to meaning a large ish animal also means to carry, to shoulder, to endure.
You're welcome.

@McGeeisme I see. You're the spelling police. Your points are worthless so you attack me there. LOL
