The Walla Walla city council voted on Friday, to reject community demands to disallow offensive, visible tattoos on city employees.
What drove the case, is a police officer, who joined the police following military service, who had visible SS tattoos on his arms.
The city council said it was concerned about violating 1st amendment rights.
