So I read right wing newspapers sometimes as I like to get the general flavour

One thing that I have noticed is the lack of self awareness. I see articles almost daily complaining about things like "toilet in building turned UNISEX, WHAT IS GOING ON", "Cadburys chocolate man renamed as chocolate figure, PC MADNESS!", "Young children EXPOSED to homosexuality in school reading material!"

Followed by articles about "snowflakes" and "crybabies" and I can't help but notice how incredibly petty their own complaints are about things that do not matter and never have mattered. They use the terminology "snowflake" yet are the biggest "snowflakes" of them all.

I've read articles complaining about people having anxiety and mental health issues and calling it "millenial/gen z weakness and entitlement" but that's actual real life issues. I just find it demoralising and ridiculous that the same people who viscerally screech and complain about chocolate name rebranding have the lack of self awareness to think somebody struggling with their mental health and poverty is a snowflake.

*Also the people who say "Back in my day we didn't have anxiety or depression, we just got on with it". There was anxiety and depression, people just didn't talk about it because it wasn't acceptable to talk about it and people just topped themselves and you never heard about it.*

Good lord man

I'd like to be the first to thank you for risking your mental health by putting yourself through that.
Which papers do you read? @LordShadowfire

@jackjjackson I don't, mostly. If we're being honest, I get my news mostly right here on sw.
