I think it totally unfair that the father has no say although if she DOES have the child he is liable for child support

@jackjjackson she should have took her medicine and stopped doing mean things. She tried to convince the psychiatrist that she wasn’t able to work and pay child support and wanted to get on disability and he told her she had too much education for that and he wouldn’t sign her up for disability. She thought she was going to slide by without paying and didn’t for about 3 years because her husband wanted something to be able to use if she started doing crap to the children. She was sat down by my other sister and told if she let the amount get to $15,000 it would be a felony and she could face prison time. She got scared enough she got two jobs and caught up on the payments and kept paying till they were grown. We wanted her to pay every penny to keep her busy so she wouldn’t be bothering people (if she had been declared disabled) with scams and stuff and also to lift some of the burden from her ex-husband..he had a business but was paying for counseling and other things for those children.
